Say hi to Eva Tuytelaers and other just. fans!
Fan from day one
Just like me, Eva hails from the Kempen. She declared herself a just. enthusiast before our products were even launched! Her sons can’t get enough of our burgers and falafel balls, which Eva also serves during the dinner parties she likes to host for friends. Eva’s openness is inspiring, and she has introduced me to quite some new things these past few years. Her Instagram account is definitely worth a follow.
Sommelier at The Jane
Finalist Antwerp province Sommelier of the Year 2024
The Jane sommelier Trésor Vets is fond of Bonheur., which he not only considers the perfect aperitif, but also an excellent companion for heavier dishes with a smoky or more bitter taste profile, such as game, lobster or salmon. “The drink also makes for an elegant finale of a meal”, Vets adds. “I would pair it with a morsel of smoked cheese or a heavier cheese, like Stilton, and a slice of nut bread. Thanks to its layered profile and freshness, Bonheur. unlocks the full spectrum of taste sensations when combined with a strong cheese.”
Elisabeth Van Lierop
Vegan and sustainable lifestyle
Elisabeth, too, is fond of just., and we have a lot in common. We both grew up in the countryside, and we attach a lot of importance to family, friends and healthy food. Elisabeth and her family eat vegan and try to live as sustainably as possible. Does this mean they live like monks? Not at all, according to Elisabeth! Want to see how she and her family are going about their search for sustainability? Check out her Instagram account, her blog or her book Planteneters.
Chocolatier at The Chocolate Line,
Best Chocolatier of 2023 (Gault&Millau)
Julius Persoone is widely known for his unique chocolate creations at The Chocolate Line, founded by father Dominique. The young chef is “impressed by the taste of Bonheur.” Julius: “The abundance of spices creates a fantastic balance.” The chocolatier considers Bonheur. a great match for The Chocolate Line’s ‘Tiger Mango’ praline, which contains white chocolate, yogurt and cardamom, besides mango. Julius’ other pairing tips for Bonheur. are ‘Sakura’, a praline with caramel of Japanese cherry blossom, puffed rice and crunchy hazelnut; and the fresh and sour ‘Triple fermented’, for which he uses fermented cacao.

Freelance illustrator Axelle Rose Zwartjes always keeps a few packs of just. nuggets in the fridge. “Tasty, convenient and healthy”: that’s how she describes our products. Axelle appreciates the fact that just. makes things easier for her: “As a freelance creative, I sometimes struggle to find time for housework, especially cooking. I attach a lot of importance to healthy food, so I’m always on the lookout for good, local products that make life as enjoyable as possible.”
Digital marketeer at The Woody Group
The first time Ester Depret served just. nuggets was at a Friday apéro with her family. She was pleasantly surprised by how much her kids liked them. “Our two oldest children are at an age where they are only into greasy and unhealthy snacks. Fortunately, the just. products are a massive hit, too!” The just. nuggets have since become a staple of the tapas evenings that Ester loves to organize. A nice extra for the host: “Even our one-year-old can eat with us! It doesn’t get any cozier than that.”
Ine Brands - Studio Lala
Parties with a wow factor
Ine Brands likes her dishes to evoke big smiles – on the faces of her family, her guests and herself. “I like throwing parties and giving everyone a warm welcome”, she explains. “There are so many ways to create beautiful moments together: a nice drink under the tree in the garden, a picnic with my boys, a lunch with the team at a beautifully decorated table, an aperitif with the family on Friday, … Those are the things that make me happy, and the just. snacks really fit that picture. They’re about coziness, great flavors and a healthy lifestyle.”
Graphic designer Tinneke Segers is a fan of just. because “the brand offers honest, veggie and healthy products. And they’re Belgian to boot, YAY!” Tinneke also appreciates how easy they are to prepare: “It’s a big win-win. No unhealthy snacks, but quick, yummy and nutritious goodies. Just pop them into the pan, and they are ready in no time.”
“We always make a little too much,” she admits. Way to go, Tinneke!
Midwife and writer
Uwe Porters is a midwife, writer, mom of two and married to a police officer. She initially turned to just. to get her family to eat more vegetables: “I was tired of feeling guilty all the time and of constantly trying to come up with ways to ensure that everyone would get enough vitamins from our diet.” The just. nuggets were a big hit, and Uwe has been serving them ever since, and not only to her family. “The Christmas menu included just. nuggets and all the plates were empty. Completely empty. I don’t have to tell you how happy that made me, do I?”
