Oyster mushroom croquette (limited edition)
The flavors within this croquette’s crispy crust come from the very best ingredients: fresh oyster mushrooms and a broth of fresh herbs and vegetables make up its creamy and tasty filling. Our 100% plant-based croquette is incredibly versatile. Serve it as a starter (as a surprising alternative to the classic cheese or shrimp croquette), on top of a salad, with fries, or as the star of your “baguette croquette”. We only made a single batch of these croquettes, now that oyster mushrooms are at their best, so don’t wait too long to get yours!
Cooking directions
Deep-fry the croquettes in clean frying oil at 175°C (about 4 minutes when they’re defrosted; 6 to 7 minutes when frozen). Do not exceed the frying time or temperature. Let them rest for a minute after frying, and enjoy!
Note: keep our croquettes in the fridge after thawing. They have a limited shelf life once defrosted, and cannot be refrozen.
