Plant-based nut mince
This plant-based mince is packed with goodness, like seitan, lentils and nuts. The latter give it an irresistible bite. Moreover, our minced meat is seasoned to perfection and ready to use. With its incredible versatility, it is a staple of every cuisine. You can add it to spaghetti “Bolognese”, lasagna and oven dishes, or stuff it in vegetables, tacos and pita bread. It absorbs the flavor of your dish very well (think moussaka with Moroccan spices), but also adds extra flavor and crunch.
Cooking directions
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry briefly over high heat, until it’s golden brown. Continue frying the mince for another 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
Are you using the nut mince in a sauce? Prepare your sauce as you like it, and add the fried mince at the very end or serve it on top. For use in oven dishes, also fry the minced meat and put it on top of your finished dish.
