Cooking directions
Drop the croquettes in the airfryer for about 12 minutes at 180 °C to get the best result. You can also cook them in a fan oven for 12 minutes at 180 °C, or fry them in a pan for 7 minutes – without oil or butter, or with, if you’re after that crispy crust.
