About recipes and grannies …

I enjoy preparing the food that you don’t always have the time to make. just. products are a match with a wide variety of dishes, from a colourful summer salad to a hearty winter stew. My guiding principle? I steer clear of anything that my great-grandmother wouldn’t have known about and I keep my list of ingredients as short as possible, using lots of vegetables, grains and legumes. I’m constantly experimenting in the kitchen, and I’m always curious to hear your thoughts. Want to see a particular product on the shelves? Don’t hesitate to let me know.

Mini burgers

Our mini burgers:
✔️ are healthy
✔️ contain lots of veggies and whole grains (65-80%)
✔️ have a crispy crust
✔️ are ready in a flash

Cooking directions

Take the mini burgers out of the packaging and heat them. To get the best result, you should heat them at 180 °C in an airfryer for 12 minutes. You can also pop them in a fan oven for 12 minutes, also at 180 °C. Finally, you can fry them in a pan for 7 minutes, without oil or butter. Want to get a really crispy crust? Then you should use a little cooking fat after all. Wait until the oil or butter is sufficiently hot before adding the burgers, fry them briefly to get a crispy crust, and then turn the stove down to let the filling heat up further.

Nuggets

Like our mini burgers, our nuggets will make gourmands of all ages happy. Compared to our burgers, they contain a little extra seasoning and slightly more chunks.

Cooking directions

Take the nuggets out of the packaging. You have several options to heat them. Drop them in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 °C to get the best result. You can also cook them in a fan oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C, or fry them in a pan for 7 minutes, without using oil or butter. Easy, right?

Falafel

Falafel has its origins in the Middle East, where the healthy balls are still a regular on the menu. Yet falafel is becoming increasingly popular in our kitchens, too. And rightly so! just. falafel is vegan and dairy-free.

Tip: add yoghurt or garlic sauce for extra yumminess.

Cooking directions

Take the falafel balls out of the packaging and heat them for 8 minutes in an airfryer, for 3 minutes in a regular fryer, or for 8 minutes in a pan. If you opt for the latter cooking method, make sure the oil or butter is sufficiently hot before adding the balls, fry them briefly over a high heat to get a crispy crust, and then turn the stove down to let the filling heat up further.
